The Pedregal Board of Directors and Officers

The affairs of the Association shall be conducted by a Board of Directors and such officers as the Board may elect or appoint, in accordance with the Articles and Bylaws, as the same may be amended from time to time. The composition of the Board shall be defined in the Bylaws.
