About Pedregal Community
Pedregal is a community of 50 quality built single-family semi-custom designed homes with fantastic views of the Catalina Mountains.
Located at the SE intersection of Shannon and Overton, the homes in Pedregal are built in a hacienda style characterized by courtyard entryways. The spacious entryways can accommodate benches and most have fountains or water features.
Owners reflect a mix from successful young families to semi-retired and fully retired families. Several owners reside out of state and use their home seasonally.
